Your Tasks
For support in the Software Asset Management team, we are looking for a student assistant to start as soon as possible. The tasks include:

Coordinating procurement requirements with departments and key users

Carrying out software procurement processes

Developing and enhancing a license management solution within the team

Communicating with vendors and end users

Managing the digital inbox and dispatching tickets

Documenting software assets
Your Qualifications

Degree program in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field

Initial experience in IT is desirable

Ability to take initiative
