To strengthen our production team in Hamburg, we are looking for an Assistant Producer (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible. Working closely with a Producer, you will support and manage a variety of projects both in Germany and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Assist Producers throughout the pitch and production process
- Manage and prepare budgets, estimates and production finances
- Coordinate production logistics and schedules
- Support creative development and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, directors and production partners
Requirements
- Relevant experience in commercial production or a comparable field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a willingness to share, learn and improve together
- Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Interest in AI, technology and evolving production landscapes
- Fluent German and English
