Responsibilities
* Manage daily air freight import and export operations.
* Arrange bookings, trucking, warehouse handling and deliveries.
* Prepare and check shipping documents, including AWB and customs documentation.
* Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas offices and logistics partners.
* Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.
* Ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently and on time.
* Maintain shipment records and operational data in CargoWise.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of international air freight processes.
* Experience with CargoWise is preferred.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Pay: 3.000,00€ - 3.500,00€ per month
