YOUR ROLE
Manage the EMEA Automotive Processor Marketing Customers, with responsibilities for market intelligence, strategy definition, marketing mix implementation (4P), new billing, generation process and demand creation to achieve targets and priorities for EMEA region.
Main mission & Responsibility:
- Automotive Processor Market Intelligence, Trends and Knowledge of Competition
- Business Development - Propose the right products, proper messaging, convincing the customers
- Business Fulfillment, Project Management, Technical Support Coordination
- Marketing Strategy for responsible product(s)
- Marketing Strategy on new Automotive architecture
- Business & Relationship Management with Automotive Stakeholders
- Support Processor Eco-systems
- Ensure and maintain customers relationship and support service
- Close alignment with Product group, Sales and System team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- >5 years in Semiconductor Industry, Automotive is preferred
- General purpose MCU deep knowledge, Automotive MCU/MPU is preferred
- Deep understanding of the Automotive industry and ecosystem
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to influence and manage negotiations with customers at all levels
- Willingness to operate in close contact with customers and sales representatives
- Ability to understand customer needs, deliver actions and establish effective customer relationships
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and decisiveness
- Effectively working across boundaries with rest of team and internal stakeholder
