Munich | Hybrid (3 days remote) | Full-time | Team: Pre-Sales
As a Sales Engineer, you are the technical force behind a deal. You lead discovery, design product configurations, build demos that resonate, and turn complex requirements into clear answers. When a deal is ready to close, you bring the technical depth and the trust to get it over the line.
You will sell to buyers who know real estate finance better than anyone, so they expect the same depth from you. The good news is you have a product worth standing behind: a market-leading SaaS platform for real estate financial & ESG management, now being transformed around AI as we move toward an AI first solution.
This is also a chance to build. What you learn in front of customers feeds directly into the roadmap, and you have the agency to shape both the Sales Engineer function and the AI transformation at Alasco.
- Own the room: Run discovery calls with prospects to deeply understand their business priorities and existing system landscape.
-
Make it real: Build and deliver demos that map to the customer's actual use case, not a generic walkthrough.
-
Hold the line: Answer questions on integrations product capabilities and configuration best practices during the sales cycle.
-
Close the complex ones: Help with RFP responses and proof-of-concept setups when deals get complex.
-
Feed the product: Work closely with Product and Engineering. What you hear in the field shapes what gets built.
-
Multiply yourself: Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and reference architectures that help the broader Sales team move faster.
