About the Role
As a Jr. Community Manager, you give our brands a distinct voice and maintain meaningful conversations across all social platforms. You are responsible for day-to-day community interaction, sentiment monitoring, and response management — especially within the automotive space. You work closely with Social, Creative, and Client Service teams to ensure that our communities feel heard, informed, and engaged.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily interactions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & emerging platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages and community questions in a brand-consistent tone.
- Identify trends, feedback and sentiment shifts within the community.
- Work with the Social Team to escalate relevant insights or issues.
