Your seat to fill:

Greet and welcome visitors, guests, customers, and employees, creating a friendly and professional first impression
Provide outstanding hospitality services to ensure every visitor feels valued and well cared for
Manage access control and visitor registration systems, ensuring a secure and compliant environment
Support health and safety protocols across the BT Campus to maintain a safe workplace
Prepare and contribute to reports on hospitality and facility services, offering insights to enhance daily operations
Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently to the correct contacts, taking messages when required
Assist with facility management projects, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
Perform general administrative tasks to support the facilities team and ensure smooth daily operations

Your stroll to CYBEX:

Previous experience in reception, administrative, or hospitality roles is a plus, but not required; what matters most is a strong commitment to customer service and a good sense of how to interact with guests and colleagues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team dynamic and supportive work environment
High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Very good English skills and a good command of German
