Ihre Aufgaben:
Führung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Einkaufsteams im Bereich der Elektronik und Elektromechanik sowie Förderung einer leistungsstarken Teamkultur
Entwicklung und Steuerung von Einkaufs- und Warengruppenstrategien unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
Vertretung der Interessen der Business Unit sowie Mitgestaltung konzernweiter Beschaffungsstrategien in relevanten Entscheidungsgremien
Steuerung strategischer Einkaufsprojekte und Förderung von Produkt- und Lieferanteninnovationen

Abgeschlossenes technisches bzw. betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Einschlägige Führungserfahrung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik/Elektromechanik und im internationalen Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufs- und Warengruppenstrategien
Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis im Bereich der Elektronik und Elektromechanik, Verhandlungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
