Job Description
The Account Excecutive role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and enrolling new automotive workshops into our network. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, focusing on increasing points of sale (POS), leveraging market data, and promoting benefit packages and advantages to potential partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning:

Select and analyze prospects for planning and eligibility.

Assess credit risks of new workshops and share findings with parts distributors.

Generate a list of target outlets.
-
Perform personal performance analysis and improvement.
Connect:
-
Initiate contact through calls, emails, and visits etc.

Present the network's benefits and advantages.
-
Follow up with prospects and track progress.
Enroll:

Manage contract and legal documentation.
-
Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding.

Coordinate with the Business Success Specialist for seamless onboarding.

Ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
Closing & Handover:

Conduct experience surveys to gather feedback and improve processes.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, (PRE automotive sector)

Strong analytical skills for prospect selection and performance analysis.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation.

Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong digital skills and comfortable adapting to new technologies.

Ability to engage and influence others.

Fluently in German and C level English
