Developing a deep analytical understanding of charging behavior, billing flows, and customer usage across OEM and fleet segments.
Defining KPIs once, in the semantic layer, and make them the single source of truth for revenue, margin, usage, and customer behavior.
Become one of the company's masters of the business itself, not only its data. Know the charging, billing, and customer story well enough that stakeholders come to you to understand what is happening and why.
Work collaboratively with product, finance, operations, and the engineering team to translate business needs into clear analytical answers.
Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that let business stakeholders self-serve key insights.
Perform exploratory and strategic analyses to support product launches, commercial initiatives, and financial planning.
Define, document, and track KPIs for revenue, margin, usage, and customer behavior, and own their definitions in the semantic / metrics layer.
Ensure data quality and consistency in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, acting as a quality gatekeeper for the numbers the business relies on.
Collaborate with data engineers to shape clean, well-modeled data, and help prepare metrics and context so AI and natural-language analytics return trustworthy answers.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, leading with the answer and the business implication.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in mobility, energy, e-commerce, or fintech.
Advanced SQL (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and strong experience with Power BI (Tableau or Looker also welcome).
Working knowledge of a transformation and semantic layer approach (for example dbt) and comfort defining governed metrics rather than one-off queries.
Solid background in statistics and experiment design (A/B testing), with the ability to design and interpret experiments.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of partnering across technical and business teams.
A structured, business-first mindset: you start from the decision, not the dashboard.
Strong commercial curiosity and the drive to become a domain expert whom product, finance, and operations rely on for the "why" behind the numbers.
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent in English. German is a plus.

At DCS we acknowledge the value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination. We strive to create an inclusive work environment, safe for anyone regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities, ethnicity or race. We have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions and treat each applicant with the same respect and consideration.
At DCS, we develop public charging solutions. Our solutions, in the form of an app or in the head unit of the car, provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for charging in an easy and seamless way. Therefore, by providing this service, we are a key player in the change to electromobility.
Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
CHARGE NOW is one of our services.
