As a Data Analyst (gn), you will join our Business Insights Team within the Digital Department and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across The Quality Group.

- You partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
- You build and maintain reliable, scalable datasets and reporting tables using SQL and modern transformation tools such as dbt
- You design, develop, and optimize dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- You perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
- You define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
- You ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analytical workflows
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics ecosystem by enhancing documentation, standards, reusable assets, and best practices
- You take ownership of specific focus areas within the team and actively strengthen our overall analytics capabilities
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable role
- You have strong SQL skills and enjoy working with data on a daily basis
- You have hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt
- You have experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- You understand data warehouse concepts and enjoy translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions
- You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You work independently, take ownership, and approach challenges with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- You are based in or willing to relocate to the Hamburg area and enjoy collaborating with your team on-site on a regular basis
