IN A NUTSHELL
In this position, you drive the RFP Process towards the set goals and revenue targets.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Together with Manager RFP Programs, coordinate the global RFP cycle and workflow
- Support with various RFP tasks in the preparation of the new RFP corporate & consortia season
- Add corporate, consortia, and other RFP offers in Cvent Transient, control the process, and manage data in Cvent Transient and other RFP-relevant platforms
- Support member hotels with problem-solving between corporate accounts and Cvent Transient
- Build relationships with member hotels and serve as the main point of contact for hotels in the RFP management
- Coordinate Cvent optimizations and fix system issues together with Cvent’s support team / main contact
- Support Manager RFP Programs with positioning member hotels within the different corporate programs
- Work closely with the Design Hotels Distribution Team to ensure correct rate loading
- Manage the ticketing system together with Manager RFP Programs
- Organize, lead and take minutes in the Business Travel Call
- Prepare production figures and gather data from various sources, incl. Tableau
- Prepare presentations for RFP, Sales and Travel Trade Marketing
- Assist in gathering and organizing market research data to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within the travel trade segment
- Support Manager RFP Programs with Salesforce
- Control the implementation process of the new member hotels
- Support year-end RFP analysis, support the delivery of Membership Services, and contribute to cross-departmental projects and synergies
EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Hospitality background is essential, sales experience would be a bonus
- Team player with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong project coordination, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
- Strong analytical and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and identifies practical solutions
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team
- Demonstrates reliability and builds effective relationships with internal teams, member hotels, and external partners
- Proficiency in MS office (particularly Excel) and experience working with Keynote beneficial
