As our Senior Talent Partner, you own the hiring experience end-to-end across a broad range of business and technology roles. You partner closely with leaders to translate ambitious growth plans into exceptional hiring outcomes, balancing speed with quality while continuously raising the bar for talent acquisition.
You join LIQID at an exciting moment. Our Talent function is undergoing significant transformation; from interview frameworks and hiring processes to recruiter enablement, candidate experience and recruiting operations/systems. The foundations are in place. Your role is to build on them: embedding best practices, refining what we've created, and helping the organization move from implementation to operational excellence.
You don't simply fill vacancies—you shape how LIQID identifies, evaluates and convinces exceptional people to join us. You bring clarity to hiring decisions, challenge assumptions when necessary, and create trust with candidates and hiring managers alike. As our teams continue to grow, you'll help ensure that every hire strengthens both our business and our culture.
Real End-to-End Hiring Ownership: Reporting directly to our VP People alongside a team of two, you own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple business areas, from kickoff to signed offer. Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate expectations, build interview processes, and guide decisions through structured, evidence-based assessment. You proactively identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage.
Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and leadership rather than an order taker. Challenge role requirements where appropriate, advise on market realities, influence hiring decisions with data, and help leaders make better long-term talent choices. You create alignment between business goals and hiring strategy while maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Represent LIQID as a premium employer in every interaction. As the first touchpoint for candidates you create thoughtful, transparent and efficient candidate experiences, ensuring everyone feel respected and well-informed regardless of outcome. You understand that every hiring process contributes to our employer brand and continuously look for opportunities to improve it.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Build on the recruiting foundations already established by continuously refining interview frameworks, scorecards, recruiter enablement, reporting, automations and hiring workflows. You identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and scale our Talent function while maintaining flexibility where it creates value.
Talent Intelligence & Data-Driven Recruiting: Use recruiting data, funnel analytics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. You understand where candidates drop off, where processes slow down, and where sourcing strategies can be strengthened. You establish clear hiring metrics, communicate progress transparently, and make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Recruiting Expertise: 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Talent Partner roles within fast-growing technology companies, ideally with experience hiring across Product, Engineering as well as Commercial and Corporate functions. You have successfully managed complex hiring processes from strategy through offer acceptance and understand what exceptional recruiting looks like.
Business-fluent German and English: You communicate with confidence and credibility across all levels of the organization, bringing Hiring Managers, interviewers and candidates into alignment while representing LIQID with professionalism and authenticity.
Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable working with modern recruiting technology and use AI as a force multiplier to accelerate sourcing, communication, research and operational excellence. You understand how an ATS should be configured to support scalable hiring, maintain high-quality recruiting data, and enable better reporting and decision-making. Experience with Ashby is a strong plus.
Trusted Talent Partner: You build credibility quickly with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Hiring Managers seek your advice because you combine strong business judgment with empathy and clear communication. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, facilitating difficult hiring conversations, and influencing decisions through evidence rather than hierarchy.
Operational Excellence: You thrive in environments where not everything is fully built yet. Rather than waiting for perfect processes, you improve what's already there. You enjoy creating structure, documenting best practices, optimizing workflows and helping recruiting operations scale without unnecessary complexity.
Candidate & Market Expertise: You understand that great recruiting is equal parts relationship-building, storytelling and rigorous assessment. You know how to identify exceptional talent, create compelling candidate journeys, and position opportunities competitively within the market. Fluent German and English are essential, as you'll recruit across both languages and partner with stakeholders throughout the organization.
Ownership & Growth Mindset: You take ownership of outcomes, not just recruiting activities. You are proactive, highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment where priorities evolve. You enjoy improving systems, learning continuously, and leaving every process better than you found it.
