You need a strong passion for “invention” and “simplification,” proven experience in cross-functional management and stakeholder coordination (e.g. with engineers, solution architects, specialist teams, professional services, partners, independent software vendors, etc.), and a customer-focused and collaborative approach. You benefit from a passion for annual reports and have strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and facilitate collaboration with other teams.

- Strong line-of-business versatility with the ability to deeply understand customers’s business model, commercial priorities, and digital transformation roadmap. Can translate customers’s business and technical challenges into AWS value propositions across CX, supply chain, data, AI, and commerce.
- Lead and coordinate large virtual teams across Solution Architecture, ProServe, Support, BD, and Partner teams. Ensures high standards, crisp execution, and clear ownership across all customers workstreams (Line of business, Platform Engineering, SAP, Data/AI, Security, etc.).
- Established network with AWS leadership and can mobilize the right VP/SVP stakeholders on behalf of the customer. Understands AWS governance (funding mechanisms, EBCs, escalations) and can use internal alignment to remove blockers and accelerate customer outcomes.
