To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D Center at its European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Strong language skills in English.
- German or Korean language skills are a plus.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account creation, device preparation, and system access management.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 user administration.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, printing, and authentication issues.
Escalate complex incidents to 2nd and 3rd level support team colleagues when required and coordinate resolution activities.
Maintain and update IT asset inventories, documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
Support IT projects, workplace technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in maintaining meeting room technology, telephony solutions, and collaboration platforms.
