We are a high-velocity DTC brand running a highly sophisticated, data-driven CRM ecosystem (50+ automated lanes, custom scoring, multi-channel tracking). We are moving fast toward Agentic CRM.
We need a technical powerhouse to build the orchestration layer that translates our data science, scoring models, and customer signaling deviations into automated, multi-channel journeys. This is a 100% hands-on role at the intersection of Data Engineering, MarTech Architecture, and Automation. No pure strategists, no ticket-delegators - you code, connect systems, and execute.
Model-to-Journey Orchestration: Act as the core bridge between data science and marketing. Take our custom models (churn, affinity, value scoring) and wire them directly into real-time lifecycle journeys across Email, App/Push, Direct Mail, and Paid Channels.
AI & Workflow Automation: Build custom automated pipelines using n8n and advanced LLMs (Claude, Gemini) to eliminate manual campaign ops, automate trigger handling, and scale execution.
Data Integration & MarTech Pipelines: Own the data pipes flowing into and out of our MarTech stack (with Bloomreach as our primary customer data engine, alongside Meta/Google streaming). Map custom attributes, manage event-tracking, and ensure flawless data ingestion.
Data Engineering & Deep Dives: Write advanced SQL/Python scripts to clean fragmented data sources, build automated reporting structures (Tableau/Looker), and analyze data to proactively spot lifecycle opportunities.
Technical Strategy & Testing: Partner with commercial teams to design automated testing roadmaps. You own the technical setup, execution, and statistical validation of all CRM experiments.
Must-Haves (The Core Engine):
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience at the intersection of Data Automation, MarTech Architecture, or Analytics Engineering (ideally in E-Com/DTC).
Hard Skills: Strong SQL and Python coding skills specifically for data pipeline engineering, API integrations, and workflow automation.
Middleware & AI Integration: Proven experience building API integrations and middleware workflows (via n8n, Make, or custom scripts) utilizing Generative AI models.
Mindset: Highly autonomous and execution-focused. You thrive when building systems from scratch and require zero hand-holding.
Language: Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Haves (The Superpowers):
Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (or equivalent enterprise CDPs like Braze/Segment).
A solid foundation in statistics for A/B test validation and data visualization (Tableau/Looker).
Practical experience handling technical consent management and data compliance frameworks.
