As Office and Finance Administrator, you are the central point of coordination for our German entity. Working closely with the Managing Director of Speedgoat Germany and our Corporate Services team at our headquarters in Switzerland, you help ensure that our daily business runs smoothly and efficiently.
You coordinate office administration, operational processes, and local business activities while supporting financial processes and compliance in Germany. Whether improving internal processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, or ensuring the right people are involved at the right time, you play a key role in enabling our growing German organization to operate successfully.
Your Contribution-
Take ownership of the day-to-day financial administration of our German entity, ensuring compliance with German accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate financial processes together with external accounting and tax advisors as well as our Corporate Services team in Switzerland.

Prepare financial reporting, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and contribute to intercompany accounting processes.

Serve as the primary contact for employees, suppliers, landlords, authorities, and external business partners.

Coordinate office administration, health & safety activities, and local compliance requirements.

Support customer-related administrative processes, including supplier onboarding, service agreements, and import/export coordination.

Identify opportunities to improve and automate administrative processes and help implement scalable solutions across Finance, Operations, and Office Management.

Independently coordinate cross-functional projects such as ERP implementations, automation initiatives, or changes to local administrative processes.

Build effective structures, establish practical processes, and ensure that operational activities are executed reliably and efficiently.

Take ownership, proactively solve challenges, and make sure the right stakeholders are involved to keep the business running smoothly.
What you bring

Native-level German and strong English communication skills.

Solid understanding of German accounting principles, tax regulations, and local compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging effectively with customers and business partners.
