YOUR IMPACT
As part of our Professional Services team, you will help enterprise customers design, implement, and optimize OpenText solutions, including our xECM platform and cloud-based content management technologies. You will play a key role in guiding customers through digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives while collaborating closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams to deliver end-to-end business and AI-driven solutions.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
As a Senior Consultant (ECM Solutions), you will:
- Advise customers on the design, implementation, modernization, and migration of OpenText Content Management solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and evaluate business processes to identify optimal solutions.
- Develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical workshops, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices and content management strategies.
- Assist with technical escalations and collaborate with customers to drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to innovative cloud and AI-driven solutions that deliver business value.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies, including document, content, records, or process management solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of Java (or a comparable programming language), XML,JSON, Python, SQL, and application servers.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent architectures, and vector databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional fluency in both German and English
