As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the (Senior) Campaign Manager (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to own marketing campaign planning and execution across our entire D2C business. You'll be the person who spots the right seasonal moments, turns them into compelling campaign concepts, and rallies our paid, CRM, SEO, and creative teams to bring them to life - on time and on target. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Maintain a forward-looking campaign roadmap 8–12 weeks ahead, balancing MP-specific, CYO-specific, and D2C-wide initiatives
Plan Campaigns End-to-End
-
Write clear campaign briefs covering objectives, audience, channels, messaging, KPIs, and timelines
-
Define the channel mix and coordinate with Paid Marketing, Paid Social, CRM, On-Page, and SEO teams to align on execution
Drive Production
-
Brief creative teams on asset needs - graphics, copy, landing pages, email templates - and manage the approval process
-
Initiate and oversee campaign-related photo shoots from concept to delivery
Deliver and Measure
-
Hold accountability for on-time, on-brief campaign delivery across all channels
-
Track campaign performance in real-time; run post-campaign analyses and share learnings

Report results and strategic recommendations with visibility regularly to the Head of Marketplace and Head of CYO
-
5+ years of experience in campaign management or integrated marketing, ideally in e-commerce or D2C
-
A track record of running multi-channel campaigns with real revenue impact - you can show us the numbers
-
Solid understanding of paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and on-page levers
-
Experience managing creative production, including briefing studios or agencies
-
Highly organized with strong project management instincts - you keep complex workstreams on track
-
A confident communicator who is comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
-
Data-literate: you use performance data to make decisions, not gut feeling alone
-
Fluent in English; German is a plus

Experience in print-on-demand, customization, fashion, or lifestyle brands
-
Hands-on with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, SFMC, or similar)
