You support the setup, operation, and evaluation of measurements within our programmable industrial edge network

Building on this, you assist in enhancing existing Python-based applications, such as our Network Controller, to ensure efficient network operations

Additionally, you contribute to the development and improvement of automation tools using Ansible, streamlining research and operational workflows

To further advance our projects, you help design, execute, and document research experiments in close collaboration with the team

Finally, you contribute to the preparation of research papers by analyzing data, creating figures, and supporting the writing and presentation of results
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience and Skills:

You have basic knowledge of Linux operating systems

You possess a fundamental understanding of networking concepts

You are proficient in Python programming and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Bash, Rust, P4, or C or familiarity with Ansible, eBPF, or DPDK is beneficial

Ways of Working: You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Languages: You have very good English language skills
