The Role
AI is reshaping Workforce Management from the ground up. Scheduling copilots, demand forecasting agents, autonomous absence management, and shift bidding are no longer concepts but real capabilities, and our enterprise customers need a strategic partner who can translate that potential into measurable business value.
As Head of Product, Agentic AI, you will own the end-to-end product vision for AI-powered, autonomous features across the ATOSS WFM platform. You will be the voice of the customer, the architect of the roadmap, and the cross-functional leader who aligns engineering, design, sales, and senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of enterprise software and frontier AI.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Discovery & Insight
- Lead structured discovery programmes with enterprise WFM customers, including executive interviews, on-site job shadowing, and quantitative surveys, to surface deep pain points and unmet needs.
- Synthesise findings into crisp problem statements, opportunity assessments, and validated hypotheses that the organisation can act on.
- Build and maintain a living customer insight repository tracking pain points, use case priorities, and willingness-to-pay signals across segments.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to continuously harvest real-world feedback from pilot deployments and live agentic features.
Product Vision & Roadmap
- Define and own the multi-horizon roadmap for agentic AI features, from near-term human-in-the-loop capabilities to longer-term autonomous workflow orchestration.
- Translate customer pain points and strategic opportunities into a prioritised, outcomes-driven backlog with clear success metrics, including adoption, time saved, error reduction, and NPS.
- Balance innovation ambition with enterprise requirements, including compliance, data privacy (GDPR), auditability, and change management for large hourly worker populations.
- Stay at the forefront of developments in LLMs, agent frameworks, and WFM-adjacent AI to inform where ATOSS should build, partner, or acquire capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Act as the strategic interface between executive sponsors, engineering and product leaders, UX, legal, and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
- Lead quarterly roadmap reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Represent the product externally at customer advisory boards, analyst briefings, and industry events as ATOSS's thought leader on agentic workforce management.
- Influence without direct authority and build consensus across competing priorities in a matrixed, fast-moving organization.
Delivery & Execution
- Partner closely with engineering and design to move from discovery through definition, build, and launch using ATOSS's agile delivery model.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and launch readiness gates for agentic features, including safety, hallucination mitigation, and escalation handling requirements.
- Drive go-to-market collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to launch features with measurable commercial impact.
- Monitor post-launch performance against KPIs and iterate rapidly based on telemetry and customer feedback.
Leadership & Communication
- Mentor other Product Owners and contribute to the continued growth of ATOSS's product culture and AI product practices.
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical possibilities and commercial value.
- Champion a customer-centric, evidence-based product culture that focuses on outcomes over feature theatre.
Pricing Strategy & Monetization
- Partner with the Pricing Manager to define and validate monetization models for agentic AI features, evaluating usage-based, outcome-based, and tiered subscription approaches suited to enterprise WFM buyers.
- Translate customer value metrics, such as hours saved, scheduling accuracy, and reduction in manual interventions, into pricing anchors and willingness-to-pay hypotheses grounded in discovery insights.
- Contribute to packaging decisions, defining what is included in the core platform versus positioned as a premium AI add-on, with an eye on competitive positioning and land-and-expand motions.
- Track pricing performance post-launch, monitoring attach rates, expansion revenue, and price sensitivity signals, and feed insights back into the pricing strategy in partnership with the Pricing Manager.
