Readly offers unlimited access to thousands of national and international magazines and newspapers, all in one app. We’ve partnered with 1,200+ world-famous publishers, providing readers with 5,000+ titles and over 290,000 back issues.
We are a value-driven ecosystem committed to unlocking a world of editorial content. With a dedicated international team across Sweden, Germany, the UK, and France, we are making magazines and trusted journalism more accessible than ever.
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Partnerships Intern to support our growth in one of Readly’s core markets, Germany. Working directly with the Partnerships Manager DACH, you will get hands-on experience in high-impact commercial partnerships: from scouting and outreach to executing co-marketing campaigns and performance analysis.
This role offers real commercial responsibility and serves as an ideal entry point into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships, business development, and growth marketing.
Please note: This position is exclusively open to students enrolled at a university who are required to complete a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of their study regulations for a duration of at least 4 months.

Scout & Prospect: Identify, research, and evaluate potential brand partners, B2C opportunities, and co-marketing leads across the DACH region.
Cold Outreach: Draft compelling, localised pitch emails and outreach materials to engage high-potential brand partners.
Pipeline Support: Maintain and organise the prospective partnership pipeline, ensuring smooth follow-ups and tracking initial outreach efforts.
2. Campaign Execution & Partner Operations
Co-Marketing Setup: Support the day-to-day planning, setup, and rollout of partnership campaigns for new and existing strategic partners.
Asset Coordination: Liaise with partners and internal teams to gather creative assets, build landing pages, and organise promotional materials.
Operational Support & Coordination: Assist the Partnerships team in tracking campaign timelines, organising voucher codes, and collecting partner assets to support seamless execution.
3. Data Tracking & Reporting
Performance Dashboards: Assist in tracking, gathering, and analysing key performance metrics (conversion rates, leads, partner-driven trials).
Campaign Recaps: Help compile slide decks, partner performance reports, and actionable insights to evaluate campaign success and optimise future deals.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track partner promotions, bundle offers, and commercial trends in the DACH digital subscription and media space.
Identify new potential partnership channels and innovative co-branding formats for Readly to test.
Aspiring Business & Partnerships Professional: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Hands-on & Proactive: You have a pragmatic mindset, take full ownership of your tasks, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or send pitch emails to kick off partner conversations.
Strong Communicator: Native/fluent level in German and strong written and spoken English. You can tailor written communications persuasively for external brand partners.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working with basic data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to track partner conversions and campaign success.
Commercial Mindset: You are curious about how brand collaborations work, customer acquisition mechanics, and corporate deals.
Direct Impact: Work side-by-side with experienced Partnership Managers on live, commercial brand deals.
Ownership & Growth: You will own outreach projects, talk to prospective partners, and run live campaigns.
International Environment: Collaborate with a dynamic, international team in our Berlin office, benefiting from our hybrid work policy.
Culture: Be part of an open, inclusive, and value-driven work culture where every voice is valued.
