For our business in Germany we are looking to fill the following position with immediate effect (this role can be based in Hamburg or remotely in Germany):
Global OEM Account Manager (m/w/d)
Your Tasks
- Develop and execute the global growth strategy for our customers, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across management, purchasing, engineering, product management, sales, and service functions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across wire processing, cable marking, automation, traceability, coding, laser, and UV applications.
- Expand Domino’s installed base through new platform integrations, migration programs, and penetration of additional customer sites and regions.
- Translate global account objectives into actionable regional growth plans across North America, Europe, China, India, and North Africa.
- Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, customer agreements, and profitability management.
- Act as the primary global interface for all strategic, commercial, and technical topics related to our customers.
- Drive alignment between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration across Sales, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and Support functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and protect existing business.
- Lead and coordinate technical integration initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of hardware, software, and automation solutions.
- Establish scalable support, training, and escalation processes that deliver excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clear multi-year account development roadmap aligned with customer needs, technology evolution, and Domino’s strategic objectives.
Your Experience
- Minimum of 10 years´ experience in a technical B2B, OEM, automation, or industrial environment.
- A good level of technical training and experience, through education or experience, would be beneficial.
- Strong technical understanding and commercial awareness.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing complex global customers or projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, self-driven, and highly organized approach to work.
- Resilience and confidence in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
