Join our eMobility team as the technical expert for AC and DC charging solutions. In this role, you will resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with international R&D teams, and drive continuous improvement across our EV charging portfolio.

Your IMPACT & Mission:
-
Lead root cause analysis for escalated AC/DC charging issues.
-
Troubleshoot vehicle-charger interoperability, power electronics, software, and communication protocols (OCPP, ISO 15118, IEC 61851).

Act as the key interface between European support teams and R&D.

Ensure timely resolution of support cases in line with SLAs.

Analyze trends and recurring issues to improve product performance.

Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training content.

Support and empower L1/L2 teams through knowledge sharing.
Your Profile:
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or similar.
-
3–5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or R&D within EV charging, automotive, or renewable energy.
-
Strong knowledge of EV charging technologies and protocols, especially OCPP.
-
Experience diagnosing complex technical issues and analyzing log files.
-
Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
-
Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams.
-
Basic Python or scripting skills are an advantage.

Fluent English required; German or French is a strong plus.

Valid EU driving license.
