Account Manager Germany district East & Southeast Germany
As a BBB Cycling Account Manager, you are the face of our brand for our dealer network. A wide range of smart products with excellent value for money makes us a favorite in the cycling industry. Our dealer network is diverse, from specialty shops to retail groups, and the market is dynamic. In this context, you will work on building relationships, driving growth, and creating new opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you play a crucial role in achieving our commercial objectives in Germany
You master various communication styles and sales techniques and know how to apply them effectively.
You manage and maintain relationships with our dealers in your area. You have a good understanding of their specific situations and needs, and you visit them regularly, well-prepared, and with a goal-oriented approach. Through these visits, you build long-term relationships and results.
You advise customers on products and assortments, introduce new products, and support them with product presentations. Additionally, you are responsible for building a strong network, identifying new sales opportunities, and acquiring new customers.
Collaboration with internal teams, such as Marketing and Inside Sales, is essential to provide optimal service to our customers.
You effectively use reports and dashboards to achieve your objectives and proactively contribute proposals to capitalize on extra sales opportunities.
You have relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably in the cycling industry, or you have strong motivation to grow in a commercial field.
You possess strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You have good negotiation skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships, supporting and helping retailers grow.
You are analytical and have experience in creating analyses and reports.
You are accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented.
You work well independently but also enjoy team play.
You are proficient in Excel. Experience with SAP and/or other ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
Preferably, you have a higher education background (HBO level) and reside within the work area.
