YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a curious, self-driven and user-focused young graduate to support our Business Talent Intelligence program, as part of a two-year traineeship.
The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of people, data, learning, and technology. You are equally comfortable reviewing skill definitions, helping create intuitive user experiences for employees and managers, analyzing user feedback, testing platform enhancements, and creating learning material to support the enhancement of skills.
You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on people development skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across ST. While remaining assigned to the Business Talent Intelligence Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunitiy to work on selected projects for other Corporate areas, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management or Transformation office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Skill Intelligence Governance
- Support governance processes for introducing, updating, and retiring skills.
- Ensure consistency and quality of skill definitions, classifications, and mappings.
- Support the alignment of skills to roles, career paths, learning journeys, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Conduct data quality reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to skills intelligence
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
Learning & Educational Content Management
- Curate and maintain learning resources linked to skills and capabilities.
- Support the development of learning pathways and skill development recommendations.
- Evaluate and organize educational content from internal and external providers.
- Monitor content effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
HR Platform Experience & UX Improvement
- Act as a user advocate for HR technology solutions, with a focus on Eightfold AI and Oracle HCM Talent suite.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize user feedback from employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams
- Identify usability issues, process friction points, and opportunities to simplify user journeys.
- Support the design and implementation of platform improvements that enhance employee experience and adoption.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases, configurations, and enhancements.
- Track adoption metrics and create measure to support adoption.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education or Business Administration or a related field.
- Exposure to skill management, competency frameworks, workforce planning, or learning & development.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, journey mapping, or user research methodologies, ideally with certifiation
- Experience with Eightfold AI required, experience with Oracle HCM is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
Genuine interest in learning, talent development, HR technology, and user experience.
