To strengthen our Marketing Department, we are looking for someone who can draft, edit, and manage written content on Cardmarket. As part of the Marketing team, this role is responsible for creating engaging and informative content that educates, informs, and connects with Cardmarket users across our various content platforms. In addition, they will oversee the localization process, collaborating closely with our network of translators to ensure high-quality and timely translations in French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Conceptualize, draft, and edit story-driven content across multiple channels, ensuring all copy is clear, engaging, and accessible to English-speaking users, including non-native speakers

Manage Cardmarket’s News and Help channels, collaborating closely with the Support and Product teams to ensure platform information remains accurate and up to date

Oversee Cardmarket’s localization process, from conceptualizing, drafting, and editing the original English-language copy to coordinating translations and publishing content in all required languages

Collaborate with the Product, Support, Legal, and Games teams on upcoming projects to identify the appropriate messaging, channels, and communication needs for each initiative

At least six years of professional experience in writing, editing, and refining written content

Experience creating news articles or other consumer-facing content for an online business is a plus

A bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Exceptional written English skills (minimum C2 level, native proficiency preferred), with substantial professional experience in drafting and editing English-language content

Additional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus

Basic knowledge of HTML, with the ability to format and publish localized content across the Cardmarket website and other digital channels

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and appropriate tone across different contexts and audiences

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines reliably, and work independently

A solid understanding of the Cardmarket platform from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective is preferred

Experience with TCGs is preferred

Presence in Berlin & valid work permit for Germany is required!
