You support the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring that complex datasets are transformed into clear, actionable insights for management and operational teams

Building on this, you assist in automating recurring IT processes and reporting activities using tools like Power Automate, thereby reducing manual effort and increasing scalability

Additionally, you contribute to the optimization of data structures and reporting processes by analyzing large volumes of IT service data and identifying trends and improvement opportunities

To ensure continuous improvement, you collaborate with international stakeholders, sharing your ideas and supporting the integration of analytics and automation solutions into existing IT service management processes

- Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience and Skills:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, and automation tools such as Power Automate

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with large datasets

Basic understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting concepts

Ways of Working: You demonstrate a strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Languages: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
