Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, presentations and reporting.
- Support investment guideline amendments in line with the Operations Manual and regulatory requirements, while coordinating client and internal communications and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Support fund operations by coordinating subscription and redemption processes, including form completion, correspondence, confirmations and documentation, as well as assisting with the year-end distribution exercise for AXA GER Spezialfunds and underlying earnings management and other adhoc operations.
- Support reporting and monitoring activities by overseeing AXA’s Investment Plan, validating fund and mandate KPIs with global finance data, and coordinating invoicing processes for AXA and AXA related client, including progress tracking and escalation management where required.
- Contribute to governance materials and presentations (PowerPoint) for monthly local EXCOM meetings and semi-annual Supervisory Board meetings.
- KYC/AML: Support KYC/AML updates as required by various departments; maintain current information for AXA and AXA-related company entities. This includes support for all client data management in various systems (Salesforce/ Adjuto/ Sharebox)
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients.
- First experience in client relationship management, investment operations, or related administrative roles.
- Good understanding of insurance investment frameworks and asset management operations.
- Familiarity with investment guidelines, fund operations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with CRM systems, SharePoint, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Meticulous documentation and follow-up capabilities; ability to ensure accuracy in reporting and administrative processes.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Ability to work effectively with portfolio managers, operations teams, and client stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive business information.
