We are looking for a talented Marketing Leader to lead our Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded leader who can combine strategic thinking, strong people leadership and excellent execution to drive therapy awareness, adoption and sustainable growth.
This role will cover the DACH region and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. You will travel approximately 50% of the time within DACH and internationally.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Full measles immunization is therefore a requirement for the successful candidate.
The Opportunity
As DACH Marketing Manager – Neurovascular, you will translate global and Western European priorities into a compelling DACH strategy, while leading and developing a team of Product and Market Development Specialists.
You will connect customers, sales and cross-functional partners to identify market opportunities, improve patient pathways and workflows, and turn customer insights into meaningful business impact.
We are looking for someone who can operate confidently at both strategic and executional level, bringing clarity, energy and accountability to a complex and evolving environment.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead the DACH Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy, aligned with Western European and global objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Product and Market Development Specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Lead annual strategic planning, including budget, resource allocation and performance management.
- Translate customer, market and competitive insights into clear priorities and growth opportunities.
- Drive therapy awareness, adoption and market development across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways, clinical workflows and economics of care.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership and the field organisation to translate strategy into commercial execution.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Medical Education, Market Access, Clinical Research, Health Economics, Finance, Training & Education, Sales Excellence and Legal/Compliance.
- Represent Neurovascular at regional meetings, congresses and customer events.
- Monitor market and business performance and adapt strategy to maximise impact.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development or business transformation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing or market development strategies.
- Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
- Experience driving change or transformation across a regional or multi-country environment.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate customer and market insights into business results.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, agile and outcome-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within DACH and internationally.
Fluent written and spoken German and English. French and/or Italian is an advantage.
