We're looking for a DevOps Engineer (level I) to join our Cloud Operations team and help us build, deploy, and operate the anti-piracy systems that make trusted video security possible at scale. - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based production environments running on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Investigate production incidents by performing systematic root cause analysis using logs, metrics, and system diagnostics to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and identity services in accordance with AWS best practices and organizational standards.
- Respond to customer-impacting incidents with a strong focus on service quality, timely communication, and operational excellence.
- Monitor the health and performance of production systems, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational runbooks and standard operating procedures to support consistent service delivery.
- Validate infrastructure and application releases from an operational perspective, ensuring production readiness and verifying fixes prior to deployment.
- Design and implement automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase the reliability of day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with professional services and engineering teams to improve the operability, observability, and resilience of our platforms and services.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of Linux, AWS, networking, automation, and industry best practices to drive operational excellence.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CloudOperations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or production support within Linux-based environments (preferably within AWS)
- Strong Linux system administration skills (including system services, process management, filesystems, permissions, package management, and shell scripting)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, and network troubleshooting.)
- Experience administering and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure on AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workloads (building, deploying, troubleshooting, and operating containers in production environments.)
- Experience writing automation using Python, Bash (or similar scripting languages to simplify operational tasks and improve reliability.)
- Experience using GitHub and Git-based version control workflows (pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.)
- Understanding of fundamental security and cryptography concepts (authentication, authorization, certificates, and encryption).
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform structured root cause analysis in production environments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, operational environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments (including IAM, access controls, and encryption concepts)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience operating and troubleshooting AWS managed services, including serverless and cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
