It all starts with the mission: NVISO is here to protect European society from potentially devastating cyber attacks! This means we offer cyber security services to private and governmental organizations to help them better prepare for, prevent, detect and respond to cyber security incidents.
All of this is built on four fundamental values that define who we are: We are Proud, We Break Barriers, We Care and No BS!
As a Technical Lead Manager (m/w/d) located in Germany, your role is to provide technical leadership across CEN (Cybersecurity Engineering), spanning capabilities across multiple solutions.
You act as the technical alignment point across silos, products and expert domains, ensuring that the different technical leads move in the same direction, apply consistent standards, and contribute to a coherent long-term vision for CEN. You will work closely with delivery leadership, solution leadership and technical specialists to strengthen technical quality, standardization, service maturity, and innovation across the organization. You help build the foundations for long-term delivery success by aligning expertise, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring that strategic technical choices are translated into scalable and pragmatic solutions.
Additionally, you will be involved in highly strategic customer engagements, especially the large, complex, or business-critical projects where strong technical leadership, architectural oversight, and cross-domain expertise are required. In those situations, you act as a senior trusted advisor who can bring structure, direction, and credibility to difficult customer challenges.
Typical tasks include but are not limited to:
- Acting as the technical alignment lead across CEN, with a focus on consistency and collaboration between different capabilities;
- Coaching and guiding technical leads to ensure alignment in technical vision, service quality, implementation approaches, and architectural direction;
- Driving standardization across products, offerings, methodologies, and technical delivery patterns where this creates clarity, quality, and scalability;
- Supporting the evolution of CEN services and capabilities by identifying improvement opportunities, capability gaps, and strategic priorities;
- Contributing to the definition of technical roadmaps and helping translate long-term strategic objectives into actionable technical initiatives;
- Serving as a senior technical authority for complex or high-impact customer opportunities and engagements;
- Contributing to scoping, pre-sales, solution shaping and architectural direction for strategic projects;
- Supporting teams in resolving difficult technical challenges that span multiple domains, products, or service boundaries;
- Strengthening knowledge sharing across silos and enabling technical communities to collaborate more effectively;
- Helping ensure that technical leads across different domains are aligned on priorities, principles and quality expectations;
- Contributing to internal innovation and the maturation of strategic offerings within CEN;
- Staying up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and developments relevant to the CEN landscape and translating these into practical guidance for the organization.
