We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the Information Security Team! The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.
About the Job
Join our global Information Security team and help foster a security-conscious culture across the organization. As a Working Student in Security Awareness Communications, you will support the development and maintenance of security training content, coordinate awareness initiatives, and contribute to engaging communication campaigns that help employees recognize and respond to cyber threats.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine cybersecurity, communications, project management, and creative content development while working with colleagues across different regions and functions.
What you do
Security Awareness Training Management
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of security awareness training materials and learning content
- Coordinate training updates, approval workflows, and publication activities
- Assist in maintaining annual training plans and awareness calendars
- Support the administration and monitoring of training platforms and learning campaigns
- Help track training completion rates and prepare reporting dashboards and presentations
- Research emerging cyber threats and industry trends to support training content updates.
Awareness Campaigns Events
- Support the end-to-end delivery of security awareness campaigns from concept to execution and retrospective
- Assist with campaign planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and communications
- Create campaign materials including posters, infographics, presentations, videos, quizzes, and promotional content
- Support awareness events such as Cyber Awareness Month, webinars, expert talks, gamified activities, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collect feedback and campaign metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute ideas for innovative and engaging awareness formats.
Security Communications
- Draft and publish security communications across various channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, Viva Engage posts, Teams announcements, and awareness messages
- Translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging, and business-friendly communication
- Design visual communication assets using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar applications
- Support communication activities related to security incidents, emerging threats, and key awareness themes.
Project Administrative Support
- Maintain awareness documentation, content repositories, and campaign records
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and metrics for management and governance forums
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for the awareness and training program.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Media Design, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional language skills such as German or Mandarin are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Creative mindset with an interest in cybersecurity and human behavior
- Experience creating communication materials, social media content, presentations, or marketing campaigns is an advantage
- Experience supporting projects or events in a corporate environment is beneficial
- First experience in audience-specific communications is desirable
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
