Who is our client?

when making a customer service phone call. The AI-powered product portfolio includes
virtual waiting, virtual assistants, advanced ML scheduling algorithms, and more. The
enterprise software provides a unique customer experience with cu�ing-edge

The head of engineering is heavily invested in the professional development of his team
members and, in return, is looking for candidates who want to make an impact, take
ownership of their work, and help shape the product for future growth.

What is our client looking for?
Our client is looking for the ultimate collaborator, willing to grasp and understand the
impact of your technical solution beyond the technology. This start-up conceptualises
simplicity, design and a flat hierarchy and creates the opportunity to actively shape
and develop software within an incredible team.

Experience and skill requirements:

You want to learn and grow as a Senior UI/UX Developer in an innovative and

vibrant tech environment.

You have 4+ years experience in designing and implementing responsive web

frontends.

Strong affinity and proven track record in creating a web application style guide

and a compelling user experience.

You are able to visualize your design ideas with wireframes.

You are familiar with QA mechanisms for web applications.
You know how to translate a product vision and business features into technical

requirements.

You speak English fluently.
A university degree in computer science with focus on media and design or

comparable education.

You are an empathetic team player with strong communication skills.

Nice to haves:

You have experience with securing and enabling high availability for critical

services.

You are familiar with incorporating accessibility into UIs.
You have experience in relaunching a multi-stack web application with a new style

guide.

You know how to work efficiently in a distributed environment.
German language skills are a big plus.
You have some background in the telecom industry.
