Own a piece of our product end-to-end - either building a new module 0 1 with real autonomy over technical design, or strengthening an existing team already shipping in production.
Work hands-on across the full stack: frontend (React), backend (Node.js), and the relational/non-relational databases underneath.
Partner directly with product - understand why a feature matters to a customer, not just what to build; help turn customer feedback into roadmap decisions.
Use AI tooling as part of your day-to-day build process, and in some cases help us ship AI-powered features into the product itself.
Help shape our architecture, engineering standards, and hiring as we grow the team.
We are not just looking for someone to complete Jira tickets, but rather to be actively involved in decision making (product & tech) and take ownership and initiative.
Must-have:
Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining complex, production web applications as a senior engineer.
Hands-on experience building with AI tooling, or building AI-powered product features.
Solid backend experience (preferably Node.js) and frontend experience (preferably React).
Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
Experience working closely with product in a cross-functional, product-led environment.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building infrastructure and processes as you go.
