The Role
Work directly with our leadership and Chief of Staff at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You'll support high-impact projects, help improve the way we operate, and take ownership of key internal IT processes – gaining firsthand experience in how a venture-backed startup is built and scaled.
Venture Associate & Strategic Projects

Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives

Conduct market, competitive, and operational research to support business decisions and special projects

Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the company

Assist with analyses, presentations, and project coordination for leadership and key stakeholders

Gain firsthand exposure to company-building and executive decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment
IT Infrastructure & Operations

Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user access, and device management
-
Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle management
-
Support IT security, monitoring, and access governance
-
Enable teams through efficient tool provisioning and day-to-day IT support

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Confident working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, basic admin concepts)

Strong analytical and structured thinking, with confidence working with data and spreadsheets

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
