What do you contribute?
Your architectural decisions will lay the foundation for the climate-friendly mobility of tomorrow. As Lead Architect Teamcenter (f/m/d), you will shape a strategic transformation project that makes the development of rail vehicles worldwide more efficient and sustainable. You will work as part of a transformation program organized according to SAFe, collaborating with international teams.
- As Lead Architect (f/m/d) for Teamcenter, you will assume overall technical responsibility and project leadership for a Teamcenter-to-Teamcenter migration project.
- You will design, implement and optimize complex Teamcenter solutions, with a particular focus on data migration, system integration and architecture.
- You will ensure the seamless integration of the project into a broader transformation program and harmonize business processes and technical solutions.
- You will define and further develop governance, change and architecture standards and ensure high quality standards.
- You will be responsible for integrating Teamcenter with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- You will support the transition to the new system landscape, working closely with international teams and external partners.
What do you bring along?
- You have successfully completed a degree, Master’s or diploma, in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
- You have many years of experience leading complex Teamcenter or PLM transformation projects.
- You have in-depth experience as a Teamcenter architect, including design, development, configuration and customization, as well as experience in integrating enterprise applications.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively with management and specialist departments.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the Siemens Digital Industries Teamcenter landscape as well as Active Integration Gateway and SAP integration.
- Experience in large-scale agile projects or programs according to SAFe, the Scaled Agile Framework, is an advantage.
- Experience working with global teams and knowledge of product development processes in the manufacturing industry are an advantage.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- You are willing to travel occasionally to teams or partners within Germany and Europe.
