You'll be the heart of our MarTech operations — the person teams rely on when systems need to run smoothly, when someone needs upskilling, or when a process just needs to work better.
Working closely with the Global MarTech Manager, you'll have real influence on how technology shapes our day-to-day work and our long-term roadmap.
System Management — prioritize change requests, monitor performance, coordinate releases, manage third-party providers-
Training & Onboarding — design and deliver training programs, close knowledge gaps, drive adoption

Reporting & Analytics — build dashboards, track KPIs, turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Continuous Improvement — gather user feedback, optimize workflows, support rollouts and change management

4+ years in a System Admin, System Analyst, or similar MarTech / digital operations role

Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences

Strong communication skills — fluent English, confident with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Structured, proactive working style; comfortable in global, cross-functional teams
