Your Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Service / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Service Management processes while working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and cross-functional SAP teams.
The role involves designing future-state service processes, enabling seamless integration across Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, and integration with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions, and ensuring adoption of SAP best practices.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP CRM Service and/or SAP S/4HANA Service, customer-facing consulting experience, and a proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Required-
Experience in SAP CRM Service module and/or SAP CS

Implementation experience in S/4 Service Module

Perform the role of SAP CRM/S4 Service Functional lead Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in requirement gathering, estimations, business blue printing, realization, integration, testing and deployment.

Implement solutions in line with the SAP Best Practices and appropriate to the customer requirements.

Ability to lead workshops for requirement gathering, training content creation, end user training etc.

Ability to work as Single point of contact(SPOC) for all service related topic in a green field S4 implementation project managing all stake holder including customer, Project management, Infosys onsite and offshore consultant, 3rd party vendors.
- Knowledge on configuring the SAP solution across CRM Service or S/4HANA service functional area.

Familiar with CRM Webui enhancements and other technical objects including BADI’s, BAPI’s and IDOC’s.

Ability to create functional and technical specifications, configuration documents, end user documents and training documents.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Production Support issues including debugging skills.

Ability to document and implement bespoke developments.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the customer organization and the existing vendors at the customer site.

Ability to keep up-to date with the new capabilities within the S/4HANA Service area.
Preferred-
Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or SAP CX solutions.

Industry experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, or High-Tech sectors.

Ability to work with SAP BTP integration suite and design integration with 3rd party systems.

SAP S/4HANA Service, CRM, FSM, or SAP Activate certifications preferred.

German Language C1 certification
