Cethos is a language services company. We conduct research interviews to validate translated documents, checking that translations are clear and easy to understand for fluent speakers.
About the Role
We're enrolling recruiters to refer research participants on an ongoing, commission-per-referral basis. Our interviewer is already in place, you refer the right people, we handle the rest.
How It Works:
- You refer German-speaking participants based in Germany or Belgium to register on our research panel using your personal referral link
- Participants take part in a remote session, a one-on-one interview or a small focus group, to review translated documents and share feedback
- Session length varies by project, from 30 minutes up to 4 hours, participants are paid for their time, compensated accordingly
Your Commission, paid in 2 stages, per person you refer:
- Stage 1: CAD $5, when your referral registers and passes our screening and verification
- Stage 2: 20% of the honorarium for any study your referral takes (ongoing earning potential for you), paid each time your referral completes a study with us
Commissions are validated before payout. Duplicate or self-registrations do not qualify.
Ongoing Work
We run projects like this regularly across many languages and regions. There's no cap, reliable recruiters earn on every delivered participant, batch after batch.
What We're Looking For:
- Recruiting, sourcing, or fieldwork experience
- Real reach into communities across Germany and Belgium, networks, groups, social channels
- Reliable communication in English and German
