About Us
Otera (otera.ai) is an agentic-native and purpose-built platform for global enterprises such as Allianz, Siemens, Bayer, and Zurich Insurance to build, deploy, and manage Autonomous AI Agents- turning manual, fragmented processes into autonomous operations at scale.
Otera's agents handle end-to-end business processes: reasoning across complex documents, scaling consistent high-quality decisions based on intricate business rules, and operationalizing tribal knowledge that traditionally lived only in the heads of experienced staff.
With €15 million raised in a Series A funding round co-led by Red River West, Alpha Intelligence Capital, and Hoxton Ventures, and the support of existing investors Lunar Ventures and Stride VC, we are accelerating our vision to become the go-to provider for AI-driven automation solutions across the globe.
About the Role
As a Platform / Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in this transformation. You will help us build the abstractions, tooling, and infrastructure foundations that allow our engineering teams to deploy and operate Otera reliably across multiple cloud environments.

A major focus of the role will be helping us build the right abstractions so that our infrastructure becomes genuinely multi-cloud rather than simply replicated across providers.
You will work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, security, Infrastructure as Code, observability, internal tooling, and deployment platforms, while partnering closely with engineering and security teams.
