Day In your new role as Senior Consultant (f/m/d) Grid Integration within our Grid Consulting team, you will be the driving force behind projects that guide our clients — from renewable developers and investors to grid operators — through their most critical decisions. Your day begins by connecting with a client who is w eighing an investment in a new renewable project: you listen, understand their ambitions, and translate them into a clear project roadmap spanning the early investment decision, Pre - FEED and FEED studies, grid code compliance, and — together with our partners — layout and basic design. As the face towards the customer, you own the relationship end - to - end. You are involved in acquir ing new opportunities, shape compelling proposals, and manage projects to successful delivery. Throughout the day you align our internal experts — from network studies specialists to design and commercial colleagues — orchestrating everyone toward a shared goal and ensuring the client always experiences one confiden t, coordinated Siemens Energy voice. You anticipate risks before they surface, keep stakeholders engaged and informed, and make sure every milestone moves the project closer to a sound, bankable outcome. No two days look the same: one moment you are steering a kick - off workshop, the next you are negotiating scope, mentoring colleagues, or presenting results that give a client the confidence to invest. You thrive on this variety — because you know that behind every project you lead stands a real contribution to the energy transition.
