I. POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role you will collaborate with colleagues and partners to enhance and expedite the Business Group ICS design pipelines across all regions, with a focus on end equipment.
You will own the system-level value proposition, messaging and market adoption strategy for the Business Group (BG) ICS portfolio for your assigned segments.
This role focuses on translation deep technical and application level knowledge at board-level, into market preference.
You will maximize component footprint at schematic level at specific segments – AI & Datacenters (Motherboards, telecom, portable electronics and Energy (Energy storage, power supplies etc).
Develop a strong relationship with the account teams for the key customers in the segments, maximizing our print position.
Segment Marketing ultimate goal is to drive top-of-funnel customer engagement, secure strategic reference design positions, and accelerate product trial stimulation globally.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with existing colleagues (Account managers, Regional Marketing Managers, Regional Application Engineers, FAEs) to increase and accelerate Business Group ICS design pipeline across customers belonging to the segments.
- Translate component features into clear, system-level benefits that address engineering challenges.
- Creating technical marketing content which showcases maximum BG ICS content at the board level (application notes, reference designs, customer presentations etc).
- Maximize Nexperia print position on critical reference designs
- Create preference and stimulating design ins through system knowledge.
- Develop trusted relationships with design engineers, directly and through our distributors.
- Support Marketing initiatives and represent Nexperia/BG ICS, to ensure maximum BG ICS inclusion.
- Working with System Engineers and Regional marketing Managers to secure initial success stories, document them, and scale the knowledge.
- Contribute technical content to drive awareness and interest within the design engineering communities of our customers & prospects

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering required. Advanced EE and/or business degrees (example: MBO) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical marketing, application engineering or product marketing within the semiconductor, or related, industry
- Experience in Power Management and Signal Chain & related technologies is a distinct advantage
- Strong understanding of semiconductor applications, market analysis, customer design cycles, and product positioning with experience developing application-focused marketing strategies and supporting design-win activities.
- Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functional global teams, communicate effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders, and travel internationally >30% as business needs require.
V. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
KPIs – Deliverables and Process:
- Portfolio sales for assigned application markets/customers.
- Portfolio pipeline, with a focus on movement from awareness to preference and trial, performance for assigned application markets/customers.
- Print position on assigned reference designs
- Collaboration with Nexperia application team (within GSM sales team) to enhance the content of BG ICS products in their collateral (for assigned segments)
Output (Deliverables):
- Working with other disciplines to secure initial success stories, document them, and scale knowledge across the organization of BG ICS.
- Develop and execute application focused marketing plans aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Provide competitive analysis, market insights and customer feedback to support business and product strategy.
