As our EU Service Commercial & Operations Manager, you will drive the commercial performance and operational excellence of the European Eco Solution Service, with a strong focus on spare parts, supply excellence, profitability and business growth.
This role goes beyond traditional operations management. You will act as a business owner, change driver, and strategic partner, working across Europe to improve service performance, develop new opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver sustainable business results.
You will collaborate closely with European Service teams, Country organizations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical teams and Korea HQ to drive alignment, standardization and continuous improvement across the region.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

Act with a consulting mindset, combining analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to drive business improvement across Europe.
