Review and process referrals for completeness, TRICARE coverage, and accuracy.

Schedule and track specialty care appointments across MTFs, network, and non-network providers.

Provide customer service and guidance to patients, families, and providers.

Support administrative programs such as Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB) and Service Treatment Records (STR).

Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with standards.

Qualifications-
High School diploma or GED required; Administrative training preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).

Knowledge of medical terminology or TRICARE is a plus.

U.S. Citizenship required.
