Job Opportunity – Founding People & Talent Lead (m/f/d)
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent across the DACH region.
- Design and optimize scalable recruiting processes, hiring analytics, and talent operations.
- Partner closely with founders and team leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Drive performance management, career development, compensation benchmarking, and feedback initiatives.
- Expand Mercura's presence within the startup ecosystem through networking, university partnerships, and industry events.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, or Organizational Development within a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Proven ability to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and enthusiasm for exploring new AI-driven workflows.
- Fluent English (C1) is required.
- German (C1) is highly preferred.
