Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our expanding team in Northrine-Westphalia. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our restaurant partners across Germany, fostering high-impact relationships and driving business growth on the Uber Eats platform.

What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued SMB restaurant partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on:
- Strategic Account Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of 150-200 high-value restaurant partners across Western Germany (NRW and Hesse), by unlocking upselling and cross-selling opportunities through increased product adoption and location expansion. Lead negotiations for exclusive partnerships both remotely and during regular on-site visits (app. once per week), using public transport or a rental car to support partner engagement.
- Account Planning: Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.
- Risk Mitigation & Retention: Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
- Partner Advocacy: Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.
What You'll Need
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English is required.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, preferably in the food industry.
- Drivers license: Visit merchants onsite to build up a strong relationship. 90% of your merchants will be based in the NRW or Hessen.
- Relationship Management: Highly skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with key stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: A proactive and data-driven self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth.
- Drive: Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus).
