About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Task Allocation & Personnel Scheduling: Develop scientific sorting plans based on cargo volume and timeliness targets. Rationally allocate tasks among team members, coordinate equipment usage, ensure orderly sorting operations, and guarantee timely completion and dispatch of sorted goods.
Process Supervision & Optimization: Oversee the execution of sorting workflows, inspect compliance with operational standards, and promptly correct violations. Analyze operational bottlenecks, optimize sorting paths and methods, promote process standardization, and enhance overall sorting efficiency.
Exception Handling & Quality Control: Address anomalies during sorting, such as cargo damage or sorting errors, providing timely feedback and coordinating solutions. Conduct random inspections and verification of sorting quality to ensure accuracy and reduce error rates.
Team Management & Training: Manage the daily operations of the sorting team, organize training sessions to improve operational skills and safety awareness. Monitor team members' work status, foster a positive team atmosphere, and enhance team cohesion and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with loading/unloading, transportation, and other roles to ensure smooth handover of goods. Communicate and provide feedback promptly, collaboratively resolve interface issues between sorting and other operational stages, and ensure efficient end-to-end logistics flow.
