Monitor team performance, operational progress, quality standards, and adherence to established processes.

Identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions and recurring quality issues, implementing preventive and corrective measures.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve cross-functional RMA, product, and quality-related issues.

Provide professional support, ensure effective communication, and drive continuous process improvements.

Prepare regular operational and performance reports, escalate critical issues and risks, and communicate resource requirements to management.

Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional issues.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Quick learner with the ability to develop strong product knowledge and understand relevant business processes.

Basic people management and team development skills, combined with a strong sense of quality, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to work effectively in an English-speaking business environment.

Engineering background required; experience in electronics, telecommunications, optical communications, quality management, RMA, product testing, or failure analysis is preferred.
