Salary range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year

Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Working with our international clients, potential clients, notaries, law firms and other stakeholders, analyzing and interpreting documents, regulations and procedures (including KYC and compliance requirements) in relation to our clients’ legal and tax obligations, ensuring all activities are compliant and delivered on time.
- Provide corporate support and assist with corporate filings such as incorporations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, document retrieval, POAs, director changes, address changes etc.
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services.
- Organize and coordinate management board and shareholder meetings.
- Draft, review and manage agreements, board resolutions and other corporate documents.
- Data entry of client information, electronic filings and retrieval of documents.
- Manage customer portfolios and nurture internal and external customer relationships.
You will report to the EMEA Service Delivery Leader.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- At least two years of professional experience in an international company, law firm, tax advisory firm, or audit/accounting firm.
- Solid knowledge of German corporate law.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A genuine curiosity to learn, a commitment to continuous development, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
